What is it all about?

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic the last few years haven't exactly been the best of years so far. With so much negativity and less human contact physically and mentally, so much loss and freedoms reduced. It has made us realise how challenging life can be and how we have to adapt.

Find the right path is about being the person you want to be by focusing on improving your mental and physical health and keeping that balance in your life. It's about being present and thinking clearly, getting organised to reduce overwhelm, and reduce negativity. I've created many hints and tips from personal experience and from friends and family alike. I hope this site helps you to become a happier and stronger person.

Life is short so start living

Believe me, I've been there. So many times have I spent my days and evening on tasks that bring no purpose or productivity to my life. There’s nothing wrong with spending hours watching TV or scrolling through facebook. But it gets to that point where you start to think. “Right, maybe I should do something else now” I get this “voice” in my head telling me to stop what I'm doing and do what I really should be doing. My gut is speaking to me. I remember a time when I worked for a bus company in Brighton, England, and I was selling a customer a bus ticket for the day. We discussed the prices, and we worked out the ticket he was buying would save him time for his journey but cost him extra money! He was happy with this, and said something that I’ll never forget. “You can get money back, but you can never get time back”. After hearing this, I thought about it for a while. He 100% right! Money comes and goes. It goes in and out of our bank account. And of course in this day and age with the cost of living we all want the cheapest option. But the thing is, sometimes time is a lot more valuable than money. By occasionally spending a little extra, we can save time. The realisation that you can never get time back made me realise how important it is to spend every moment on this earth filling my time wisely. I now see every moment, every second of the day to constantly build myself up physically and mentally. I aim to constantly grow, no matter what life throws my way, no matter how much the universe tests me. I refuse to waste time. I use my time to not only work on myself and be the best I can be, and aim to use my time to spend it around positive and inspiring people. You should do the same! Use the time you have to really evaluate your life. Fill it with positive people who support you along the way and offer them the same in return. Be the person you want to be!
